It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Al-Darwa that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said that whoever remembers the first three verses of Surah Kahf will be safe from the temptation of Dajjal (Tirmidhi Sharif). It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Al-Darwa that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, “Whoever recites the first 10 verses of Surah Kahf, he will always be safe from the temptation of Dajjal.” (Abu Dawud).
He mentioned it to the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) in his service to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and the Prophet (peace be upon him) said to him, “Recite Surah Kahf, because it is Sakina, meaning it brings peace and it has been revealed through revelation.” Bukhari Sharif). He began to shake his legs and neck and a cloud came to his house and became a shadow.
It was narrated from Hazrat Bara bin Azib that during the time of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) a man recited Surah Kahf in his house.
